Celebrate 25 Years of the CRNI® Credential!
All of us at INCC are both excited and proud to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the first CRNI® exam. INCC exists to promote excellence in infusion nursing certification by developing and administering a comprehensive, evidence-based infusion certification program, advocating the importance of the CRNI® credential, and supporting continuing infusion nursing education and research. Our mission continues, but this milestone marks a successful quarter of a century for INCC.
INCC was established in 1983; two years later after much hard work and research, the very first CRNI® exam was administered on March 23, 1985. Since that first administration, nearly 15,000 RNs have taken the exam. Almost 9,000 of those have been successful and earned the privilege of using the credentials CRNI® after their name. Many clinicians from the class of 1985 still hold the CRNI® credential today. For an honor roll of CRNI®s celebrating their 25th anniversary, click here.
INCC's Wall of Fame currently features quotes and photos of CRNI®s celebrating their 25th anniversary. View their quotes and learn how to share your achievement as a CRNI®.
